Marsyangdi is one of the best rafting and kayaking rivers in the world which have continuous exhilarating white water with magnificient mountain backdrops. Recommended for expert rafters and kayakers. The Marsyangdirises on the northern slopes of the Annapurna rafters and kayakers. The Marsyangdi rises on the northern slopes of the Annapurna Himal flows east through an arid valley around Manang and then swings south to join the Trishuli River at Mugling. Marsyangdi means "ranging river" in local dialect

Itinerary In Details

Days 01 : We start driving from Kathmandu early in the morning 6:00 am near by Thamel, after 7 hours continuously driving from Kathmandu we arrive in Beshishar then we start trek to Nagdi approximately for 4 hour.

Days 02 : We start rafting from Nagdi to Beshishar is really hard and most chellenging section of the river continuous class 4+ rapid. Most of them are very pushy and there is almost no respite. There are no sections less then class 4. During this day you will face major rapid called "Instant Kharma" "Mama's Big Butt" and "Good Morning".We stay bear by Beshishar.

Days 03 : Beshishar is in fact situated about one kilometer from the river campsite. The rapid below here are mainly 4- with harder section tight rapids and lots of undercuts leading down to a tortuous chewy rapids known as "Kiwi Cupcake"

Then Dordi Khola comes to commence on the left and creates another big long rapids. A few kilometers down from river confluence place we reach in campsite situated near by "Bhote Odar"

Days 04 : We start our rafting after had a breakfast. You can see under construction power house will return water back in to the river here. The river continuous at a steady with 4- rapid. Some 6 Km further on we reach at "Tarkughat" then two kilometers down from "Tarkughat" we encounter tow big rapids that are class 4. Then few Km down we reach an alternative grassy campsite on the left on the right a Km below the next bridge and just before the "Chepe Khola" confluence place.

Days 05 : This day you will get rapids class 3+ and there a few opportunities to relax time to admire the scenery, the plentiful bird life, and greet the many local fisherman. Below place called "Turture" there is one innocuous looking rapid. We will take out rafting at Bimalnagar and back to KTM.
