Adventure Shangrila shall not be responsible or
liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness,
death, delay or irregularity that may occur,
including, but not limited to, any defect in a
vehicle or any other form or conveyance, delays
of expenses arising from strike, theft,
government restriction or regulation, accident
by aircraft, boat, motor vehicle or any other
form of transport or in any hotel, guest house,
or any other form of accommodation.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the trip
prior to departure. In such case full refund of
all payments will construe full settlement with
the participant members.

As per our company policy, a non refundable
deposit of US$ 100 per person is required at the
time of booking and the final payment 30 days
prior to arrival in Kathmandu. You can make the

Cancellation policy
Arrangements may be cancelled at any time but
the cancellation should be communicated to us in
writing. Since cancellation incurs
administrative costs we will retain any deposit
paid and in addition will apply cancellation
charges as follows:

Insurance policy
You have to manage your insurance yourself for
any services we offer. We suggest confirming
your insurance before leaving for your tour.
Evacuation (Rescue)
The clients should cover any kinds of emergency
rescue cost if needed.
Change of itinerary
We reserve the right to change or alter any
itinerary at any time for reasons beyond our
control. These could include but are not limited
to adverse weather conditions, cancellation of
flights or government restrictions in certain
