Adventure Shangrila shall not be responsible or
liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness,
death, delay or irregularity that may occur,
including, but not limited to, any defect in a
vehicle or any other form or conveyance, delays
of expenses arising from strike, theft,
government restriction or regulation, accident
by aircraft, boat, motor vehicle or any other
form of transport or in any hotel, guest house,
or any other form of accommodation.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the trip
prior to departure. In such case full refund of
program fee will construe full settlement with
the participant members.

As per our company policy, application fee of US
$ 30.00 per person is required at the time of
booking and the final payment 30 days prior to
arrival in Kathmandu. You can make the payment
to our office in the form and Cheque/Bank draft
made payable to Adventure Shangrila and send to
the following address: and the 50% of the total
program fee should be deposited six weeks prior
to the program date. The final payment made upon
the arrival in Kathmandu.

Cancellation policy
Only 50% of first installment deposit can be
refunded upon the notice of cancellation 30 days
prior to the program date.
Insurance policy
You have to manage your insurance yourself for
any services we offer. We suggest confirming
your insurance before leaving for your tour.
Evacuation (Rescue)
The clients should cover any kinds of emergency
rescue cost if needed.
Change of Program
We reserve the right to change or alter any
program at any time for reasons beyond our
control. These could include but are not limited
to adverse weather conditions, cancellation of
flights or government restrictions in certain
areas.
